Digital Marketing Manager

As Digital Marketing Manager at ICSPI (pronounced “eye see spy”), you will be responsible for digital programs to build and nurture our pipeline of prospects.

About us

At ICSPI, we design, manufacture and sell game-changing nanoscale imaging tools using our unique atomic force microscope technology. We have instruments installed in over thirty countries worldwide.

 

Who you are

  • You are a self-starter and are able to drive new and scalable campaigns
  • You have the willingness to own and execute on all aspects of pipeline-building marketing campaigns
  • You have proven success in building and moving prospects through a sales funnel, including nurturing techniques, digital programs, asset creation, measurement, analytics, testing and planning
Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, display and video advertising campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO
  • Own the architecture and content updates for our website
  • Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media posts, website banners, and email campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics, social media metrics, and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement; create dashboards
  • Work with the Applications team to develop content
  • Promote digital assets (e.g., application notes, blog posts, web demos, webinars, videos)
  • Coordinate with sales to drive booth traffic at conferences and trade shows
  • Work with the product team to optimize audience targeting, messaging and landing page UX
Qualifications
  • 3-6 years experience with digital marketing
  • Experience with paid search, SEO, display and /or retargeting ads, and related tools
  • Experience using marketing campaign tools (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Mailchimp) and creating effective campaigns
  • Experience with video marketing (YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with WordPress and WordPress plugins
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and keyword tools
  • Excellent research skills to identify target audience demographics, trends, and competitors
  • Familiarity with UX design and fundamental web design and architecture
  • Proven track record of managing monthly media budgets across channels
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience marketing hardware products
  • Experience marketing to a technical audience
